They say that if you love what you do then you’ll never work a day in your life, and I’m a living, breathing example of the accuracy of that thought. Couple that with the fact that I’ve been able to live and raise a family in one of the greatest places on earth, and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a lucky man.
My parents bought a small vacation home here in 1973 and my mother wound up moving there permanently in the mid eighties. In fact, she still lives there today. I came up for a short visit, and twenty five years later I’m still here. Some visit. Like many, the allure of Lake Tahoe proved to be too much. Lake Tahoe has been known by many names over the years, but my wife, Leslie, my son, Emery, and I simply call it home.
I’ve been a Realtor since 2000, and over the course of my career I’ve handled everything from fine lakefront estates, to investment properties; cozy mountain cabins to stunning new construction; commercial leasing to project development, representing both buyers and sellers. It pays to be versatile in this business and I’m happy with the experience and knowledge I’ve gained and how it benefits my clients.
The greatest satisfaction I can achieve is knowing that I’ve done absolutely everything in my power to bring about a mutually satisfying conclusion to a smooth transaction. And when I’m rewarded with a heartfelt, “thank you”, it motivates me even further to be the best I can be.
Success is no secret. It comes with honesty, hard work, accountability, continual learning, communication and detailed planning. These are the principles of my Real estate career.
